Tips for Travel:
Check the weight limit of your luggage allowance before flying; if your case is too heavy you can share the contents between your carry-on luggage and your checked/haul baggage.
Think ahead; if you plan on buying souvenirs pack less for your outward journey. This will allow some space and weight allowance for anything you might like to bring home with you.
Avoid packing items such as nappies, baby food, toiletries, snacks etc.., that may be cheaper at your destination rather than paying extra charges just to fit them in a suitcase.

How to Use
1. Attach the scales to the bag/case using the strap and clasp.
2. Press the power button to turn them on and wait for the scales to set to zero.
3. Carefully lift the handle up and lift the case off the ground. Hold for a couple of seconds for the weight to be confirmed.
4. Slowly lower the case back onto the ground.
5. The weight will still stay on the scales until you press the power button or until they turn themselves off.

PLEASE NOTE: always prepare for a possible difference of +/- 1kg compared to the industrial scales at airports because they are not always calibrated daily. Nevertheless, most airline companies take this factor into account and can deduct the calculated weight up to 2kg at their discretion.
