Below we have four easy-to-follow recipes for you to try and all of them take less than 10 minutes to make. Each recipe below will make 2 omelettes, enough for 2 servings. 

Meat-Loaded Omelettes

Bacon and Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 rashers of streaky bacon, sliced into 1cm pieces
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 eggs, whisked together

Method

  • Put the streaky bacon into the two wells of the omelette maker, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms into each well and leave to cook for a further 2 minutes. 
  • Pour in the egg mixture into each well, ensuring that the mixture is divided equally.
  • Close the omelette maker lid and leave to cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • When the omelettes are cooked and look golden on top, they are ready. Gently remove them with a silicone or wooden spatula and serve. 

Peperoni Pizza Omelette

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of peperoni
  • 4 eggs, whisked together
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 50g grated parmesan 

Method

  • Put the peperoni into the two wells of the omelette maker, and cook by itself for a few minutes. 
  • Pour in the egg mixture into each well, ensuring that the mixture is divided equally. 
  • Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of each egg mixture, followed by a sprinkle of parmesan. 
  • Close the omelette maker lid and leave to cook for 5-6 minutes. 
  • When the omelettes are cooked and look golden on top, they are ready. Gently remove them with a silicone or wooden spatula and serve. 

Vegetarian Omelettes

Spinach and Ricotta Omelette

Ingredients

  • Handful of spinach, chopped
  • 50g ricotta cheese, broken into small pieces 
  • 4 eggs, whisked together

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients into a jug and mix together well 
  • Pour in the egg mixture into each well, ensuring that the mixture is divided equally.
  • Close the omelette maker lid and leave to cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • When the omelettes are cooked and look golden on top, they are ready. Gently remove them with a silicone or wooden spatula and serve. 

Tomato and Mozzarella Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 4 eggs, whisked together

Method

  • Put the tomato into the two wells of the omelette maker, and cook by itself for a 1-2 minutes. 
  • Pour in the egg mixture into each well, ensuring that the mixture is divided equally. 
  • Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of each egg mixture. 
  • Close the omelette maker lid and leave to cook for 5-6 minutes. 
  • When the omelettes are cooked and look golden on top, they are ready. Gently remove them with a silicone or wooden spatula and serve.
