Unlike bagged vacuums, this bagless model has a large 4.5 litre dust bin which collects everything picked up neatly in the one place. Unlike hoover bags, the cylindrical technology ensures that even when the dust container is filling up it will not interfere with the suction level. Able to pick up a wide range of mess including hair, fur, dust, crumbs and dust, you’ll find no mess is too big or small for the VC5010.
Inside are highly effective anti-allergenic HEPA filters which collect even the smallest dust particles to prevent them escaping back into the air. Equipped with a generously sized 5M power lead that allows you to work from one room to another without unplugging.
At the touch of a button, the cable rewinds back inside the vacuum for neat and tidy storage. Both the power button and cable rewind button are positioned on the front of the vacuum in the best position for foot operation.
Floor Brushes for Different Surfaces
Catering for all floor types; whether you have deep pile carpet, short pile carpet or hard flooring, the VC5010 comes with two brush attachments to take care of it all. One is a floor brush that acts like an electric sweeper which makes it ideal for hard floors and shorter pile carpets. The other is a turbo floor brush which is more suited for longer pile carpets.
Additional Attachments
Also included with this vacuum are two smaller attachments; a crevice nozzle and an upholstery brush. These enable easy cleaning of small and hard to reach spaces. These allow you to reach all those awkward nooks and crannies, as well as being ideal for cars and staircases.
Extendable Cleaning Wand
Use the telescopic wand to find your ideal height and to also reach spaces too far from your natural reach. Just press the button, extend the pole by sliding it open and then let go of the button to fix the position.

The dust container is simple to remove; with just a click of a button it slides out and back in again with ease.
The HEPA filter is also easy to remove and clean; we recommend that it is cleaned periodically to maintain the performance of the vacuum.
